What should I write about?
One focused story, lesson or idea from your own experience: something you have learned in business or in life that would help another entrepreneur. Our guided Story Builder helps you organize your ideas, so you do not have to start from a blank page.
Do I need to be a professional writer?
No. No writing experience is required. You bring the story and our team handles editing, formatting and book production.
What's the difference between a Contributing Author and a Featured Author?
A Contributing Author chapter is up to 500 words, around two published pages. A Featured Author chapter is up to 1,000 words, around four published pages, with greater presence inside the book and your photo on the front cover of Volume 2 while front-cover positions remain.
Will my chapter be edited?
Yes. Professional editing and formatting is included in both author packages, and your chapter is prepared to match the rest of the book while keeping your voice.
When will Volume 2 be published?
Volume 2 is still accepting authors, and no publication date has been announced. For the current timetable, email publishing@businesswithpurpose.org.
How do I get copies of my book?
Built with Purpose is published on Amazon, so you and your customers can order copies there. Authors also take part in the book launch. For author copy arrangements, email publishing@businesswithpurpose.org.
